AlderEHR is hosted 100% cloud base out of Amazon Web Services (AWS) region of Mumbai. The EHR is hosted in HIPAA controlled and certified architecture, major certification that AWS Region holds are SOC 2, HITRUST and ISO certification. All Database of AlderEHR is encrypted at At-Rest, In Transit and in Motion. AlderEHR Storage is also always encrypted with added server-side encryption AWS KMS – SSE-KMS. AlderEHR ensure all protocol utilize are at latest industry standard at TLS 1.3 and exclusive uses HTTPS protocol for transactions.

Adding to the Information Security and Privacy standards, AlderEHR Application has additional feature to protected by Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to all subscription where User holds password and soft token for Mobile application such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator providing six-digit code in order to enter which changes every 30 seconds.  Failure to provide Correct username and Correct 2FA token systems does not login.
